About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the team at Grand Meritus Security Agency. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organisation. Based in our Quezon City office, this position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the accounting field.
What you'll be doing
Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documents
Provide support to the accounting team as needed
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a payroll or accounting role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
