We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This person will collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to produce visually compelling work that aligns with our clients’ brands and business goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual concepts and creative deliverables for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Handle end-to-end execution of projects involving brand design, copy, digital technology, and layout
- Work on various formats including print materials, digital ads, email blasts, social content, screensavers, signage, and more
- Translate strategic goals and client needs into visual solutions that are both creative and effective
- Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute actionable, innovative ideas
- Collaborate with vendors when needed for print production
- Maintain flexibility and autonomy while meeting deadlines and project expectations
- Optional : Support motion design efforts if you have animation skills (a plus)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field3–5+ years of experience in graphic design (flexible depending on portfolio strength)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Solid portfolio showcasing a variety of work including logos, brand systems, digital ads, print, and social media contentExperience working with established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistencyProficient in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceExcellent grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and design principlesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesClear communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented attitudeEnglish proficiency required; Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
