We are hiring a Distributor Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners for a company in the FMCG or non-food industry , based in Manila . This role involves overseeing distributor performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and executing trade strategies to maximize market reach and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with sales targets and company standards.
- Coordinate product availability, pricing, promotions, and merchandising support.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding new distributors and ensuring proper training and support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 2–4 years of experience in distributor management, sales, or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or non-food sector.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
