Required Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 -3 years of experience in the bidding process, or a similar role.
Willing to travel & work overtime if necessary.
Strong understanding of the bidding process and familiarity with government, commercial, or institutional bidding procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proficiency in using bid management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Description :
Responsible for identifying leads for bidding opportunities in the government.
Monitors PhilGeps regularly.
Prepares bid documents and attends pre-bid conferences.
Ensures the bid documents are submitted timely manner before the deadline.
Prepares all documents and requirements needed in the post-qualification.
Assists the Bidding Officers in the completion of documents needed for bidding.
Performs additional tasks that are related to the department.
