Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a highly motivated Leads Generation Specialist to drive our outbound lead generation efforts.

This is an independent role ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, results, and strategy execution.

Responsibilities :   Develop and execute your own outbound sales strategy (cold calling, email outreach, other platforms) Generate high-quality leads and qualify prospects for EOR services Meet and exceed KPIs for lead generation and conversions Collaborate with the Sales Team and provide regular progress reports Learn and master RecruitGo’s services to effectively communicate our value   Requirements : At least 3 years of experience in Leads Generation with a strong outbound sales track record Proven ability to create and implement successful lead generation strategies Self-starter, independent, and resourceful with minimal supervision needed Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge / experience in the EOR industry is a plus   Why RecruitGo?
