What You’ll Do
1. Market Supply Strategy (30%)
- Analyze therapist supply across 33 states, broken down by metro and rural regions.
- Identify market types :
- Reactivation Markets : 20+ dormant therapists ready to be re-engaged.
- Recruitment Markets : 10 total therapists—need net-new supply.
- Hybrid Markets : Require both reactivation and recruitment.
- Build tailored strategies by market (e.g., Boston = reactivation; Boise = recruitment).
- Prioritize by revenue potential and fill-rate impact.
2. Relationship-Based Reactivation (30%)
Personally reconnect with 50–100 high-value dormant therapists to re-establish trust.Lead and coach the BPO outreach team on empathetic, non-transactional communication.Diagnose root causes of churn : understand why therapists left and what would bring them back.Target : Reactivate 500–1,000 therapists across major metros.Capture and share qualitative insights to improve provider experience and retention.3. Hyper-Targeted New Therapist Recruitment (30%)
