Work Schedule :  9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (BST), 4 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM (PHT)

Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to play a key role in our lead generation and sales support function. This role involves proactive outreach to pre-assigned business data with the goal of gathering detailed shipping profiles, identifying key decision-makers, and capturing example pricing where possible. The information gathered will be used by our sales team to follow up and close business opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to businesses from pre-assigned datasets
• Gather comprehensive shipping profiles, including :
• Shipment volumes and destinations
• Current shipping providers and rates
• Frequency and type of shipments (domestic, international, express, freight, etc.)
• Any pain points or issues with current logistics providers
• Identify and capture full details of decision-makers and influencers in the shipping process.
• Request and log any example pricing or quotes from the prospect, if available.
• Record all information accurately in the agreed lead profile format and CRM / system.
• Ensure each lead meets quality standards before passing it to the sales team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and rapport-building on all calls.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, profiles completed, and qualified leads passed.
• Provide feedback on data quality, script effectiveness, and customer responses.

Strong listening, questioning, and data-capturing skills. Experience with CRMs or data entry platforms is desirable. Ability to handle objections and build interest over the phone.
