Overview :

We’re hiring a Contract Project Manager to support day-to-day operational needs for our Platform Operations team. This role will focus on improving how incidents and alerts are tracked, helping teams follow up efficiently, and maintaining clear metrics around detection and resolution times. This position will serve as the first step toward establishing a lightweight Network Operations Center (NOC Lite) — focused on improving visibility, coordination, and engineering support without requiring 24 / 7 coverage.
