SAP Project Management Practice Lead Director

Role

The role will headour SAP delivery operations in the Philippines. This strategic role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM), proven experience in leading multi-module teams, and the ability to drive delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and practice growth. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can shape the future of SAP implementations through innovation, talent development, and strategic client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP offering in the delivery center in the Philippines, overseeing multi-module teams across Finance, SCM, HCM, Technology and other SAP domains.
• Define and execute the SAP practice strategy , aligned with global Powered Enterprise methodologies and client transformation goals.
• Drive end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementations , ensuring quality, timeliness, and business value.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP innovations including RISE with SAP , GROW with SAP , SAP BTP , and SAP Analytics Cloud .
• Mentor and develop SAP consultants across levels, fostering a high-performance culture and career growth.
• Collaborate with global teams for solutioning , pre-sales , and proposal development .
• Ensure compliance with delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Represent the SAP practice in leadership forums, client reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
