• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Contact Prospective and existing customers by telephone in order to offer and sell a range of insurance products.
• Listening actively, probing appropriately and providing feedback to build client relationships and understand client needs.
• Explain product features, advantages, benefits and answer related question from the customers
• Identifying and reaching accurately to the behavior and emotions of clients.
• Influencing clients to avail an insurance plan and enroll to policy to achieve monthly sales goals required for the insurance campaign.
• Capture accurate details of the customer information such as name, address, credit card numbers, beneficiaries, medical conditions, payment method, call dispositions etc.

• Ensure adherence to sales scripts specifically disclosures, compliance and quality standards.
• Any other administrative maker functions assigned from time to time.
