Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, network devices, and other peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues (PCs, laptops, servers, routers, switches, and specialized equipment).
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor hardware performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure proper documentation of all IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, purchases, and warranty claims.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware issues.
• Assist in setting up new workstations, including imaging, device drivers, and connectivity.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and company standards in all hardware-related activities.
• Support IT projects that involve hardware deployment, system migration, and infrastructure improvements.
