Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Medical Test Systems Inc.'. Based in our office in Makati City Metro Manila, this full-time role will provide essential support to our sales and marketing efforts, helping us to connect with customers and grow our business.

What you'll be doing :

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including managing of customer orders and their data.
• Responsible for handling phone call inquiries and answering e-mails.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
• Support the planning of sales & marketing events.
• Will be responsible for the preparation and submission of regular Sales reports.
• Will handle the safekeeping of the pertinent sales and marketing documents.
• Will coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of delivery and collection.
• Contribute to the overall marketing and sales strategy of the company.
