Role Name : Marketing Specialist
Schedule : 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible during client's business hours (9am to 5pm)

Job Description : You’ll take ownership of end-to-end marketing operations for a well-established sports business ready to scale. This is your chance to build marketing systems from scratch, analyze what works, and directly impact growth across retail and professional sports events. You’ll have creative freedom to develop strategies, create engaging content, and use data to drive decisions while working with a team that values results and innovation.

Responsibilities : Manage comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms for retail and event businesses Create engaging content and marketing materials from provided photos, videos, and brand assets Execute scheduled social media posting, email campaigns, and promotional notifications Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights on content effectiveness Design marketing packages and templates for partner organizations to use locally Support retail marketing initiatives and explore new growth opportunities Conduct light lead generation activities and identify potential customers Provide strategic recommendations for marketing improvements and expansion Track and report on key performance metrics across all marketing channels Requirements : Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation across multiple platforms Strong design skills for creating marketing materials and visual content Data analysis capabilities to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency Bonus if you have experience in sports, recreation, or event marketing It helps if you’re familiar with lead generation techniques and customer acquisition strategies
