As a full-time member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone, email, and chat channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our products and services, and assist customers in navigating our systems
Maintain a positive and engaging attitude, ensuring a great customer experience
Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
Adhere to established company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
applicant with 6mos. experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Fluency in English and the local language
