Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients define and achieve their growth objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion aligned with client needs.
- Monitor client performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Virtual Assistants, sales, operations, and support—to deliver tailored growth strategies.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and value-driven conversations.
- Anticipate client challenges and provide innovative, timely solutions.
- Advocate for client interests while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
