About the Role

We are looking for a Branch Insurance Officer who will lead agent recruitment, activation, and branch growth. The role involves managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting branch operations to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Agent Recruitment and Activation : Source, screen, and onboard new insurance agents. Conduct training and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Branch Operations Support : Coordinate daily branch activities and monitor agent performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Relationship and Performance Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients. - - Coach agents to achieve sales goals and uphold service excellence.
• Business Development : Implement marketing and recruitment campaigns in the local area. Identify opportunities to expand branch presence and grow market share.
