DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Highly preferable if with experience in e-commerce recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
