Accounts Payable Staff

Job descriptionChecking and validation of invoices against PO budget. Checking and processing credit card transactions. Generating and reconciliation of loan reports. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Assist in month end closing activities. Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's / college degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- With good data entry skills and high attention to details.
- Previous accounts payable experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- With good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be available to work as soon as possible.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
