Accounts Payable Staff - Onsite

Key Responsibilities : Manage accounts payable using SAP accounting software and other programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Handle accounts payable for various suppliers.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales invoices in adherence to company procedures.

Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and account reconciliation.

Assist in the monthly closing of accounting books.

Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Continuously seek improvements in processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any business-related course.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting or as an Accounts Payable staff / associate.

Proficiency in SAP System and basic Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong understanding of accounting best practices and financial systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
