Engineering & Service Senior Manager (Office Address - Makati)

JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department.Engineering Graduate, preferably a LICENSED and EXPERIENCED Mechanical EngineerWith experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty managementDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrganizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.Negotiates service contracts.Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquiresAssists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports.Prepares and / or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paidRecruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer servicerequests.Works hand in hand with customer’s installation and maintenance engineers until every majorequipment purchased is installed and commissioned.Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
