Oracle Delivery Lead

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects across our global delivery centers. This role demands deep Oracle expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex programs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead delivery operations for the Oracle Practice, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle professionals across multiple delivery locations.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement best practices, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure optimal resource management and performance tracking through key metrics (KPIs).
  • Stay current on Oracle technologies and lead initiatives to expand practice capabilities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (Masters or Oracle certification preferred).
  • At least 20 years of experience in a similar field, including at least 15 years with Oracle technologies.
  • Strong background in Oracle ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, and EPM.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering complex, global projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in offshore delivery models and resource optimization.
  • Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
  • Amenable to be on a morning / early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
  • Willing to work onsite thrice a week
  • Able to start at least 60 calendar days upon JO acceptance
