Job description

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday | 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Work Address : Mandaluyong City

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Financial Transactions
  • Records daily financial transactions including cash and credit card transactions, ensuring

accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

  • Records accounting entries in Quickbooks Online
  • Analysis and Reconciliation
  • Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss statement

    • accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement,

    • providing insights to management as necessary

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing,

    • payment approvals, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts

  • Checks completeness and accuracy of documents submitted for payment
  • General Accounting
  • Support general accounting functions such as preparing financial statements, tax filings,

    • and audit documentation as needed

  • Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to

    • enhance efficiency and compliance

  • Financial Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, staying updated on

    • changes in accounting principles and reporting requirements

  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits, providing necessary

    • documentation and support as requested

  • Industry Knowledge
  • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising,

    • digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and

    • project management

    QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in financial accounting is preferred but not required as the role is open for

    • fresh graduates

  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or any other accounting software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
