Job description

The SEO Specialist will lead efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings for three golf properties. The role focuses on technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and data-driven reporting to ensure continuous organic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

SEO Strategy & Implementation : Conduct audits, implement on-page SEO practices, and suggest technical improvements.
Keyword Research & Content Optimization : Identify ranking opportunities; optimize web pages and guide content teams for SEO alignment.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and search visibility; generate monthly reports.
Website Development Support : Provide SEO structure recommendations and collaborate with developers and designers on site layout and usability
Collaboration & Communication : Join weekly marketing calls; maintain ongoing communication during business hours.

Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience in hospitality or golf industry industry

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs

Understanding of content optimization and keyword planning

Familiarity with HTML basics and CMS platforms like WordPress

Analytical and results-focused mindset

Hard Skills :

SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

On-page optimization (meta tags, alt text, internal linking)

Keyword research and content alignment

Basic HTML and CMS management (WordPress preferred)

Performance reporting and traffic analysis

Knowledge of page speed, indexing, and mobile optimization

Soft Skills :

Analytical thinking and data interpretation

Strategic problem-solving

Strong written communication

Attention to detail and quality control

Initiative and independence

Collaborative and open to feedback
