Overview
We’re hiring a Content Channel Partner (Recruiting Creators / Farming) to expand Wing’s network of short-form content creators who can represent and amplify the company’s employer brand across social media platforms. This role combines talent scouting, outreach, and partnership management, ensuring a consistent supply of creators who can produce authentic, trend-aligned videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Compensation : PHP 30,000–40,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit short-form video creators aligned with Wing’s brand voice and audience demographics.
- Build and maintain an active creator network or roster that can produce content for employer branding, recruitment, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of new creators, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and compensation terms are clear.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Employer Branding team to align creator briefs with campaign goals and messaging.
- Track content output, engagement metrics, and creator performance across channels.
- Maintain creator databases and ensure ongoing communication for repeat collaborations (“farming” relationships for long-term partnerships).
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and creator communities to identify rising talent and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Support the creation of partnership playbooks and standardized outreach templates for scalable recruiting.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator recruitment, or talent acquisition for creative or digital roles.Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and creator ecosystems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable managing external partnerships.Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously.Basic knowledge of content production, editing formats, and social engagement metrics.Preferred Skills
Experience working with content creators, influencers, or digital marketing campaigns.Familiarity with CRM or recruitment tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion).Understanding of creator compensation models, usage rights, and performance tracking.Creative mindset with a collaborative approach to content experimentation.Department : Talent Acquisition
