Sales Representative - Urgent Hiring

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell products or services to customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering solutions, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers

Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, client visits, or online platforms

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas

Handle inquiries, provide product information, and prepare sales quotations

Process orders and coordinate with logistics or inventory teams for delivery

Maintain a database of customers and update sales records regularly

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Assist in marketing campaigns, trade shows, or promotional events

Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities

Qualifications :

High school graduate or college level / graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

Good communication and negotiation skills

Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)

Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas

With a driver’s license (preferred, especially for field sales roles)

• Background in Sales of Medical Equipment or Pharmaceutical products

Work Environment :

Office-based, store-based, or field-based (depending on company setup)

Regular interaction with customers, clients, or business partners

Monday to Saturday schedule, with flexible hours depending on sales activities

Salary Range :

PHP22,000 (still depending on the qualifications)
