You will respond to questions, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders, deliveries, and post-sales requests are completed efficiently. What you'll be working on :
Handle customer inquiries, delivery updates, and feedback
Coordinate warranty claims and liaise with suppliers
Support order management and ensure records are accurate
Work with the warehouse on shipments and inventory concerns
Maintain positive, professional communication across all channels
Assist senior project managers on preparation work for commercial fit-outs
Manage open tasks, follow through, and stay organized
Use tools such as Freshdesk, W3APP, and Shopify for daily operations
What were looking for :
Open to fresh grads and candidates with up to 5 years of customer service experience
Strong English communication skills (phone & email)
Confident using MS Office, spreadsheets, and email
Solutions-focused and great at building rapport
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
Adaptable, eager to learn, and ready for new challenges
Experience with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Shopify) or Australian accounts is a plus, but not required
