Job Overview

• As a Senior Pega Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, bringing a mastery of Pega development principles to the forefront. Your responsibilities encompass leading the design and implementation of complex Pega applications, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of workflows, integrations, and system optimization. With a demonstrated ability to handle intricate development tasks independently, you will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.
• You will be a member of the Pega Manila Center of Excellence (CoE), which caters to various business domains such as Wholesale Banking, Retail, and many more. The Pega CoE provides high-quality, scalable Pega solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across these diverse business areas.
• In this role, you will work in a squad alongside your Product Owner (PO) and Junior Developers, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with Customer Journey Experts (CJE), and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the applications meet business needs. Your direct line of reporting will be to your Chapter Lead, who will guide your development and ensure alignment with overall team goals and standards.
