Senior ESG Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or a related field; Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or ESG-specific programs is preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in ESG compliance, project management, reporting, or database management, ideally within a corporate or consultancy setting within the energy industry
• Strong background in IFC Performance Standards and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements is required.
• Solid experience in environmental and social management system (ESMS) and data management software / reporting tools
• Experience in environmental assessment tools / activities and program management (e.g. EIA / ESIA, biodiversity study, etc.)
