IT engineer (In-House System Engineer) Japanese molding injection

Job Description :

The In-House System Engineer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of internal IT systems, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. This role supports various departments by improving system efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and customizing ERP modules to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain ERP systems tailored to company operations (e.g., finance, inventory, production, HR).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.

Customize and configure ERP modules to align with business processes.

Develop and maintain internal applications, databases, and system interfaces.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.

Provide technical support and training to end-users across departments.

Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place.

Document system architecture, workflows, and updates.

【Must】

・Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP system development.

・Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking

・Languages : Proficiency in Java and JavaScript

・No experience working at a company with a union organization

【Better】

☐ Experience in implementing the MC Frame ERP system.

☐ Experience in website development

Benefits :

• SL and VL : 10 each after regular, up to 15 each maximum

Work schedule :

o Production related : 7 am to 7 pm

o Support departments like Admin, PPC, etc. are Mon to Fri with 2 Sat work (they have a company calendar)

 8 am to 6 pm (Mon to Thurs)

 8 am to 5 pm (Fri)

 8 am to 12 pm (Sat)
