Site Engineer

Take full accountability for project delivery : time, cost, scope, and quality.

Lead the project team : Site Engineers, Office Engineers, Planning Engineer, Foremen.

Approve work plans, schedules, manpower plans, procurement plans.

Monitor and review overall project progress, costs, and cash flow.

Resolve technical issues, site conflicts, or contractor disputes.

Lead coordination with clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders.

Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings.

Approve variation orders, change requests, and progress billings.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and contracts.
