Position Summary
The Creative Director leads Madimack’s overall creative direction and ensures the highest standards of design excellence. This role defines and evolves the brand’s visual language, guaranteeing consistency, innovation, and impact across all materials and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold Madimack’s global creative direction and visual identity.
- Develop and maintain brand design standards, guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative ideas for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Mentor and inspire the creative team to elevate design quality, creativity, and innovation.
- Review, refine, and approve key creative outputs for major initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide quarterly feedback and skill development guidance to the Manila-based design team.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand design - preferably in global or cross-market settings.Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering impactful brand campaigns.Experience managing multi-platform creative outputs (digital, print, video, and product design).Skills & Competencies
Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and visual execution.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.Strong understanding of modern design trends, UX / UI principles, and maintaining visual consistency across channels.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire creativity within the team.Strategic and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining brand quality, innovation, and design excellence.What We Offer
