🗂️ General Admin & Coordination
Support with calendar scheduling, meeting reminders , and basic coordinationOrganize files, documents, and internal trackers across tools like Google Drive or NotionAssist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light researchHelp draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages📝 Content & Communication Support
Format and publish content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs)Create simple graphics or visual materials using tools like Canva or FigmaMonitor social media inboxes or comment sections (optional depending on team structure)✅ Operations & Task Support

2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator roleStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a weekProficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and ZoomSelf-starter who’s comfortable asking questions and staying on top of deadlinesAble to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)🏅 Bonus
