As Test Manager with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in IT Test Delivery both for Functional and Non-functional applications.
In this role, you will play a key role in :
- Understands what testing is, and all the different forms of testing for software projects
- Capable of setting up a mini‑TMO : setting standards and ways of working, collating test results and producing reports
- Testing engagement management
- Enable creation of payments technology domain capabilities, both solution offerings and delivery skills
- Partner with development managers to ensure projects have a time, cost and delivery plan and deliver high quality software to plan as a result of proactive planning and mitigation of issues
- Work closely with Business Analyst to correctly and completely define Business requirements
- Stakeholder Management, Scope Management, Risk Monitoring and Mitigation
- Project and program level tracking and reporting (including task / milestone tracking, resourcing, risks and issues, WSR)
- Implement software quality assurance initiatives for projects within Payments
- Assess the impact of changes on existing business and technology processes as well as other interfacing systems
- Adhere to toolsets and procedures and embrace them with their project management skills
- Plan and monitor financial budgets, forecasting and metrics to measure project health
- Management reporting including creation, collation and publishing of regional and functional dashboards
- Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites
- Work with geographically dispersed teams
- Co‑ordinate development and implementation of project management best practices to improve overall efficiency and productivity of delivery teams
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 8+ years of experience working as part of Payments Technology solution at an IT company, in the role of Project Manager / Test Manager / Delivery ManagerMust have played a technical lead or Test Manager role for at least 5 years for a full life cycle of application design and development including participation in initial discussion on requirementPrimary skills :
Test Management with PMP or equivalent certificationExposure to Payments TechnologyKnowledge of Global Payments Processing like SWIFT, ISO20022, Clearing and settlement systems (e.g. RTP, RTGS, ACH, etc.Should have worked in end‑to‑end implementation of an IT solution in one of the above Functional areasExperience in Payments products like Finastra GPP, FIS OPF, Volante VolPay ETSpecification :
