We are seeking an IT Quality and Testing Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of software quality assurance and testing strategies across all IT projects and systems. This role ensures that all technology solutions are delivered with the highest level of quality, reliability, and compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA and testing team across multiple IT projects and applications.
- Define and implement QA methodologies, tools, and best practices for both manual and automated testing.
- Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
- Develop performance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) frameworks.
- Monitor and continuously improve testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in software testing and QA, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.Proven experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Azure Test Plans).Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
