Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development.
• Strong background in mechanical / electrical systems, appliance design, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification requirements (e.g., DOE, IEC, ISO).
• Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for design and testing.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inter-departmental communication.
• Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functional departments.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects.
• Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketable appliance designs.
