- Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
- Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications :
