How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Efficiently use Service Titan and QuickBooks to manage accounting tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of all invoices into QuickBooks
- Review customer statements and reconcile accounts payable records
- Verify and match supplier packing slips on Service Titan, processing invoices from specific vendors (CED, Generac, Generac-Costco, Interstate Batteries, Lennox, PSP, Vesco)
- Add material expenses to jobs on Service Titan to accurately track costs
- Reconcile credit cards (AMEX, INK, US Bank, ONB) to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Process HD Barnett invoices, including verifying receipts and communicating with GSS / GMS regarding purchases
- Enter and classify WXYZ invoices on QuickBooks for advertising expenses
