Job descriptionExperience in managing Agile at scale or hybrid delivery model Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimisation, forecasting and ROI tracking Knowledge of the Banking Industry to align programs with business needs Provide Strategic leadership and governance for large-scale Programs Ensuring alignment with Organizational Objective and regulatory requirement. Overseeing Multiple projects across digital banking, core banking transformation, regulatory compliance and technology modernization. Manage Cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder engagement and ensure delivery of Business value within agreed timelines, budget and quality standard Mentor and Guide Project Managers and delivery team Monitor KPIs, SLA and program outcomes, ensuring measurable business value. Partner with technology, operation and vendor ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery

Qualifications
- 20 years of progressive experience in delivering Infrastructure program / projects preferably in banking or financial Services
- Strong knowledge of Program Governance frameworks ( Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe etc)
- Proven track record in managing regulatory, transformation or technology driven-programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial management, risk assessment and reporting skills
- Exposure to vendor management and large scale banking technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
