Program Manager

Job Description :

• Oversee delivery leads, including performance evaluations, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staffing issues.
• Ensure exceptional delivery results by managing project performance, timelines, and budgets while addressing complex problems and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with demand and portfolio managers to allocate resources, monitor progress, assess risks, and implement migration plans.
• Develop and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards to enhance project success and delivery.

Good to have Fintech and / or Banking project management experience

Good to have Scrum Master certified or higher

Good to have PMP certification or equivalent
