Important Assistant - 2 yrs Experience

TL AISA : Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

Atleast 2 years experience in import / export or logistics preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of import regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing and processing import documentation.

Ensure compliance with import regulations and standards.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Track shipments and resolve any import-related issues.

Maintain accurate records of import transactions.

Support the import department in daily operations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth import processes.

Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for import activities.
