This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Florida Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours
Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Instagram Growth Expert to scale their account to 100k+ followers and drive meaningful engagement. This isn’t just about posting content — it’s about building a thriving community, leveraging data, and staying ahead of trends to create real impact.
Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Growth Strategy : Build and implement a roadmap to reach 100k+ targeted followers
Content Creation : Produce, edit, and publish high-performing Reels, carousels, Stories, and Lives
Engagement Optimization : Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive interaction and conversions
Community-Building : Run collaborations, giveaways, and cross-promotions to accelerate growth
Analytics & Reporting : Track reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and conversion metrics
DM Funnels & Engagement : Develop strategies to turn followers into an active community
Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of Instagram trends, audios, and algorithm updates
Requirements
Proven success in scaling Instagram accounts (education, coaching, or real estate niches preferred)
Deep understanding of Instagram growth algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics
Skilled in short-form content creation (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Creative storyteller with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Proactive, independent, and growth-focused — you know how to deliver real results, not just manage posting
