Source and identify top candidates on LinkedIn using strategic search techniques and specific hiring criteriaRepresent executives directly when reaching out to candidates through their LinkedIn accounts with professional, compelling messagingBuild and nurture candidate relationships through personalized communication and follow-up sequencesConduct initial candidate screening to assess fit before presenting to hiring managersPipeline & Process Management
