Job description

RemoteVA PH is a leading virtual assistance agency providing top-tier administrative support to clients worldwide. We specialize in helping businesses streamline operations through efficient and reliable virtual support.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to manage client communications and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience handling emails, preparing invoices, and using essential tools such as Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answering and managing client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Creating and sending invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
  • Maintaining organized records of communications and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Working Schedule

  • Work full-time from 9 AM - 6 PM UK Time (5pm to 2am PH Time)
  • Work from home
  • Salary USD 700Monthly
