Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Support Engineer to join our vibrant team.
As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality technical support.
You’ll play a key role in diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations across multiple environments.
Responsibilities : Provide Level 2 technical support and administration for multiple client environments Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues or escalate to specialist teams Deliver continual improvement recommendations Maintain accurate documentation and records Assist with senior project work as required Requirements : Prior MSP experience – exposure to Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook / Exchange, VMWare / HyperV, Citrix, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking, Mac / JAMF (not all required – training provided!) Experience using ticketing and monitoring tools Ability to work on-site as “hands & feet” when needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) Customer-focused, positive, and proactive attitude Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control tools Networking experience (advantageous) 3–4 years of experience in technical support / helpdesk (MSP or IT service provider preferred) Proficiency in English Why RecruitGo?
