We are seeking an experienced L2 Technical Support professional to provide advanced technical assistance and resolve complex customer issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to escalate and manage critical incidents while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

โฐ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 Days WFH)
๐ผ Role : L2 Technical Support
What You'll Do :
๐ง Resolve complex technical issues and escalated support tickets
๐ Provide advanced troubleshooting for customers and internal teams
๐ Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
๐ค Collaborate with L1 support and engineering teams
โก Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
๐ Analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For :
โ 2โ3 years of relevant experience in a technical or software-related role
โ Familiarity with software concepts such as HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, and SQL queries
โ Experience with CRM tools like Exponea or similar platforms
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
โ Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
โ Strong organizational and coordination skills
โ Excellent research and problem-solving abilities
โ Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
โ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders using internal communication tools
โ Prior experience as a technical specialist is a plus
