Role Overview
We’re seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements across enterprise sales cycles, driving the adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM-powered solutions within the contact centre domain. This role blends deep technical expertise with strategic consulting, enabling clients to reimagine customer experience through intelligent automation and conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership : Serve as the technical lead in enterprise sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives to shape and close strategic opportunities.
Solution Mapping : Understand client pain points in contact centres and translate them into tailored AI-powered solutions (Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG, etc.).
Client Engagement : Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations showcasing GenAI, LLMs, and agentic applications.
Architecture Design : Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Proposal Support : Respond to RFPs / RFIs with detailed technical documentation and solution designs.
Strategic Advisory : Guide clients on AI adoption strategies, integration with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect), and industry best practices.
Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of AI trends, competitive offerings, and the evolving landscape of enterprise AI and agentic applications.
Qualifications
6+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting within the contact centre or CCaaS space.
Deep understanding of AI technologies : LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Conversational AI platforms.
Experience with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect.
Strong communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Proven success in supporting enterprise sales and closing large-scale deals.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); willing to travel across India / APAC.
Preferred Experience
7+ years in the contact centre domain, with operational and / or technical expertise.
Background in Conversational AI or GenAI applications.
Experience managing strategic accounts and delivering consulting or project management services.
