Job description

KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Housing Unit Turnover

  • Responsible for the weekly extraction of TMO reports, consolidation of completion of housing units and other related data.
  • Monitor and input status updates for each data report.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination with the relevant department.

Data Reports

  • Assisting in the preparation and / or tabulation of various reports, including but not limited to other reports that may be requested occasionally.
  • On Administrative-related functions

  • Preparing memos, request data, or creating Job Order request when necessary.
  • Assisting in compiling data for weekly meetings with PDs, SPI, Ops, and other departments as required.
  • D. Other Functions

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • EDUCATION, TRAININGS, USED AT WORK

  • Graduate if any 4 yr Business related course
