Are you passionate about people, processes, and building efficient systems? We are looking for an HR, Admin, and Procurement Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving employee welfare, ensuring compliance, and managing procurement and administrative operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead HR functions including employee welfare programs, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.
- Support leaders in performance management and employee relations.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle : sourcing, bidding, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
- Manage administrative services such as third-party agency relations, billing, contracts, and utilities.
- Act as the petty cash custodian and recommend improvements to admin processes.
What We’re Looking For
Bible believing Christian and preferably a part of a Discipleship groupBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).At least 5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Procurement, with 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and procurement practices.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS / procurement systems a plus.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.Why Join Us?
