Accounts Receivable Officer (Onsite | Day-shift)

Background

  • We’re PeoplePartners, and we’re hiring on behalf of one of our longest-standing clients in the education space. They’re growing and need a detail-loving Accounts Receivable Officer to join them onsite in Eastwood, QC.

About the Role

  • You'll handle high-volume B2C payments and student accounts, managing daily receivables and reconciliations with speed, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Process, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments.
  • Reconcile ledgers and payment platforms daily.
  • Investigate and resolve mismatches or errors.
  • Maintain AR records and support age reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams on discrepancies.

  • You’re an AR pro who spots errors before they become problems and loves ticking things off your list.

    • About YOUR Work History

  • 5+ years in Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with B2C payments (ideally high-volume).
  • Strong Excel skills (you know your way around formulas).
  • Solid communicator in English – both written and spoken.
  • RTO or education sector experience is a bonus.
