Job descriptionYou'll handle high-volume B2C payments and student accounts, managing daily receivables and reconciliations with speed, accuracy, and a proactive mindset. Process, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments. Reconcile ledgers and payment platforms daily. Investigate and resolve mismatches or errors. Maintain AR records and support age reporting. Liaise with internal teams on discrepancies. You’re accurate, self-motivated, and thrive on consistency. Excel? Love it. Processes? You live for them. You’re an AR pro who spots errors before they become problems and loves ticking things off your list. 5+ years in Accounts Receivable. Experience with B2C payments (ideally high-volume). Strong Excel skills (you know your way around formulas). Solid communicator in English – both written and spoken. RTO or education sector experience is a bonus. You enjoy structure, but not red tape. You value accuracy, clear expectations, and working with others who care just as much as you do. You’re calm under pressure, collaborative when needed, and always organized. Reconcile like a boss. Keep AR records squeaky clean. Fix discrepancies quickly and confidently. Help improve AR processes with your ideas. Accuracy and timeliness in reconciliation. Payment processing speed and reliability. Clarity of reporting and age balances. Ability to self-manage and communicate effectively. Onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City. Day-shift ; AEST (PH time). PHP 3,000.00 - Monthly Transportation Allowance. Company-provided equipment.
